Approximately 13,000 residents of Orange County flocked to Mission San Juan Capistrano Saturday, Dec. 3, for the commencement of holiday festivities with the 2022 “Capistrano Lights” festival, a celebration of holiday cheer and familiar traditions whose return comes long-awaited for many.
